Spending Your Rewards
You can use your rewards at any participating business. Simply swipe your card at the time of purchase, and the amount will be deducted from your card. If your purchase is more than your available balance, you can use any form of payment for the difference.

SmartTown™ Card is Debt-free and No Fee
The SmartTown™ card is not a credit or debit card and can be issued to anyone age 10 and up. It simply carries the stored cash value of the rebates you earn from the purchases you’ve made, or money you have loaded on the card, similar to a gift card. In fact your SmartTown™ card is a fully functioning gift card. There is never a fee for being a SmartTown™ cardholder.
